Windows and ubuntu Synergy

I have just installed Synergy on my Gutsy Ubuntu machine. This allows me to switch seamlessly between my ubuntu desktop and my windows laptop using the same keyboard and mouse. It was very easy to install, via apt. I followed the ubuntu synergy how to and it worked perfectly first time.

    Hey Frank. Just another suggestion. I tend to also use quicksynergy in addition to synergy. It’s a little lightweight GUI app that makes it simple to access and run synergy. It’s also available via apt-get install.

    Thanks Allyson. I will try it out. I have it running on start up so hopefully I wont need to do much configuration in future
